On Air/ Creative Manager

The Senior Manager - Project Management will lead the On Air/ Creative department of the brands Comedy Central Africa, BET Africa, MTV, MTV BASE ROA, MTV BASE, Nick JNR, Nicktoons, Nickelodeon, and Paramount. In this role you work alongside the Creative producers, Production coordinator, and brand heads to ensure the team produces high quality, AWARD WINNING, content efficiently. You manage directly a team consisting of 2 creative producers, 1 creative coordinator and 1 On Air Intern. Your team is responsible for a successful execution of a range of digital and multimedia projects by utilizing, developing and coaching every individual in the team.
